All clients will receive a copy of their tax documents shortly after their return has been completed. They will only receive a copy via email when using the website to file. All clients are expected to keep up with their tax documents after it has been received. Additional copies can take up to 5 to 7 days to be delivered and will include a fee up to $25 per request.

Clients should maintain their tax records for up to 5 years as it may be needed for college registrations, purchasing a home, qualifying for government loans, etc. It is very important to keep these records in a safe place as there is a fee of $25 to receive an additional copy.

Services fees varies as it relates to the individual &Â needs for tax preparation. For example,
many clients chooses from the following:
1. W2 filing only
2. W2 filing with deductions
3. W2 and self-employment filing including 1099 forms
4 Self-Employment only
5. Corporation filing (Non-Profits, Businesses, and etc.)

The documents needs to be submitted to our company and we will complete an amended return. Please be advised that amended returns consists of an additional fee up to $400.

Yes, clients receive $25.00 for each individual (max is 4) who files their taxes with our company for the first time.

Clients may check the status of their tax refund by visiting irs.gov/refund. Clients should know their filing status and refund amount prior to using the system. (Refund amounts are provided during the completion of all returns.)
